The story of Villa Icarus

We bought Villa Icarus in 2018 as a renovation project with the aim to sell it once complete. We started the renovations in 2019, completing them in 2020, to create luxurious holiday villa that stands there today.

During the pandemic of 2020/21 we were unable to return to the UK, this is when we fell in love with the property and the area. We add the private swimming pool in 2022 and in early 2023 we further expanded the patio to accommodate more loungers and add a little more privacy.

The villa sleeps 8 people across 4 bedrooms. All bedrooms are ensuite with access to the balcony or patio. All bedrooms have far reaching views across the valley and mountains.

The downstairs features a large open plan communal area, with lounge, kitchen, and dining area. Patio doors open up from the lounge and dining area out on to our expansive patio and outside kitchen and BBQ.
